Day Rates for Conference RoomsIn ProgressWe offer a full day rate for booking a conference room that is slightly cheaper than the hourly rate (ie. $25 per hour or $160 for a full day). At the moment this cannot be booked by a member via the portal, it has to be done by a space manager and then a custom charge created. Maybe an check box for a full day rate (between the hours of 9am-5pm) as well as the slider on the booking page?25

I realize not everyone wants this, but we've had members who either don't check their email addresses or type them incorrectly and we have no way of contacting them on a regular basis. We struggle to get most people to even visit their profile to think about adding any extra contact info, so being able to require it upon sign-up would be a great feature for us space owners.25
Emails for each membership typeCompletedIt would be great for an email to be sent anytime a new member signs up for a membership type, so they can get more customized instructions, how-tos, etc. This is usually information that doesn't work to send in the current new member email because even community members get this email.17
Cancelled Booking Auto-RefundIn ProgressHi team, Can we add a refund policy to the reservable resources and have that auto-refund if it is within the allowed cancellation time? I'd like to have a period where the booking fee is refundable and when the booking fee is no longer refundable, like less than 48 hours out. The email notification update that is coming for cancelled bookings will help, but I think this being automated would be a great feature.17
Enable recurring conference room bookingsCompletedIf there are ongoing weekly or monthly events it's a pain in the butt to have to build each unique one out. It would be nice to book recurring events.28

Edit Member ProfilesCompletedWe have a person who created his profile as Tt and Ss and instead of asking him to change it, I would like to be able to change it myself. Not just that, but it would be great if I can change their emails, phone numbers etc - they are sometimes lazy to update their own Proximity profiles. Thanks.17

They would simply hit invite a friend. Referral link could also be used to credit the sender or receiver or the referral with a credit or discount. (space owner/manager) could set the amount of credit or discounts received.15
Listing of unpaid invoicesCompletedCan we have a report showing who still owes for unpaid invoices? At this time I have to open up each member record to see if things are paid. It would also be nice to have the invoice payment show up on the Revenue report on the payment date and not the invoice date.7

Invite New Members with Account SetupCompletedCreate a basic "Add Member" functionality that would create a new member in the system. This function would require Name, email, Membership Type information. It would then create their account and send them a welcome email. That welcome email would include the password reset link capability that is already available. The password reset would allow the newly added member to set their password. The email would need to be a new standalone email so the space could edit the text that would be needed for the next steps of a new member. This could include a link to adding payment information, filling in profile, etc.9
Request to block out reservations....CompletedCurrently I'm in the process of "booking" each room on the days that we've set as Holidays and will be closed. We currently have 8 rooms that I have to book x 11 days/year. It would be nice to have a button or something that could connect our holiday time to each conf room and completely book it out and show as Closed for Holiday.10
Change Booking Hours for Reservation by DayOpenSimilar to the request to change pricing based on day of the week, we'd like the ability to change booking hours based on days of the week. Example - we have a resource that is evening and weekends only. Of course, we don't want to limit weekends to evening hours, so we opened it up, and now we have to reject bookings requested for the day during workdays.12
Assignable Door Access for ReservationsCompletedMost of the people reserving my Conference and Event Rooms are not regular members. In order to make sure that I can give them door access to the front door and room doors, I need to create a new membership for each of them, then each week, give them room access on the day and time they need it. It would be nice if when approving a reservation you could check off boxes to allow entry to any relevant doors that could be opened by the reserver at the time specified on their reservation.11
Conference Room bookings non membersOpenI'm getting increased conference room bookings from non members, however to see the pricing and availability to book you must register first. Best Practice in my opinion and from research would be for non members to be able to view available conference rooms book it then register to pay.8

Adding Payment Source on behalf of memberCompletedWe have a ton of members that wish to call or give us their CC in person for their membership, and we have to sadly turn them away and say they have to add it themselves online.
