Have a way for members to change their bookings in reservations.

Day Rates for Conference Rooms

We offer a full day rate for booking a conference room that is slightly cheaper than the hourly rate (ie. $25 per hour or $160 for a full day). At the moment this cannot be booked by a member via the portal, it has to be done by a space manager and then a custom charge created. Maybe an check box for a full day rate (between the hours of 9am-5pm) as well as the slider on the booking page?

Cancelled Booking Auto-Refund

Hi team, Can we add a refund policy to the reservable resources and have that auto-refund if it is within the allowed cancellation time? I'd like to have a period where the booking fee is refundable and when the booking fee is no longer refundable, like less than 48 hours out. The email notification update that is coming for cancelled bookings will help, but I think this being automated would be a great feature.

Ability to create add-ons for room bookings

For example, when a member reserves a reservable resource and the box pops up to give the reservation a title, it'd be cool to have options on that same pop-up for them to add-on options like cable, coffee, conference call system, projector, etc. That way the community manager knows what they'll need and can prepare the room for them before-hand. Plus, it's another way to increase revenue for the space.

Allow reservable resource credits to accumulate by checking a box in settings

Some members may not need 5 hours of the conference room each month but in one month they may hold a retreat and want 8 hours. Allow members to carry over unused credit with maximum allowable limits and an option to turn on and off.

View Only Account

We would benefit from a view only account set as an administrator who does not have access to make any changes to the account. Our landlord will receive a percentage from memberships so he is requesting for a way to oversee the usage of our members.

For add ons add a select all option

When you add an add on to the system you have to manually select all the membership types then go back into each add on when you build a new one. It would be nice for universal add ons to have a select all button that just makes it apply to all of them.

Create a customizable application for potential membership

Co-working spaces at universities have requirements to membership for a wide variety of reasons. A customizable application would allow interested community members the ability to fill out the application and submit it to the community manager for approval prior to setting up the membership.

Realtime Map of Space

I would like to be able to create a map of my space that could indicate various things like office/desk availability, way finding and more.

Events

Make people that register for events there own drop down and do not add them in with the members. That way it stay clean and organized when managing the members and not have a ton of randoms.

Member name on Room iPad Reservations

While members have the option to include the "purpose" of their meeting, we would like to have the name of the user who reserved the room also displayed on the iPad. Especially if a member ends a meeting early and the space is unattended, if they have a poorly descriptive room name - it prevents other members from asking if the room is free.

Add a "Help Desk" tab to navigation so members can find important links more easily.

If there was a "Help Desk" tab next to "Jobs" then members would not have to dig through old archived emails to find the information and links that are sent to them when they sign up. I could just cut and past our "New Member" email onto the "Help Desk" page.

Notification that the member has keys, but they are not availalbe now

Space members currently see a blank page, if their schedule does not currently have key access. A tool tip or notification that the member has key access, just not at the current time, could help limit confusion.

Allow my bookkeeper to only have access to our financial reports page so that they can download CSV.

Coworking Passport

What if all the coworking spaces on the Proximity network had a passport to visit coworking spaces all around the US and maybe even the world? Each time a remote worker paid for a drop-in, they would receive a stamp on their member portal. These people could receive rewards from free drop-ins to credit a nomad account. This feature could be a mix of the Proximity of Guest Pass and Nomad! This idea was inspired by coworking spaces in Denver (https://businessden.com/2019/04/10/new-passport-lets-users-try-15-local-coworking-spaces-for-free/), who are working to get more people in the door. It would be even cooler if a coworking software could keep track of their passport for coworking.

Membership always ends at the end of a month

We like the functionality to have a membership that always ends at the end of the month. In theory, you could have a 12 month and 30-day membership with the 30 days being prorated.

Close invoice window

After closing an invoice, we aren't able to get the pop-up window to close without refreshing the page. See image attached.

search members by city

Our organization has members from all over the country. It would be nice if we could search for people by their city or state much like you can for "marketing" skills or "design" skills.

Partial refund when upgrading membership

Here is the problem. I have a member that just upgraded their membership. Because it was not on the exact day of her normal membership charge, she was charged the full amount of a new membership. The data is in the system that would allow for a partial refund of the existing membership when the new membership activates so that's what I am asking for.

Limit / reduce past events per page

Super happy that the Past Events are now rendering correctly on our Event page BUT it's currently listing 20 past events per page, which is way too long (too much scrolling). Can this number be reduced to, say 5 - 10 per page and/or could it be made editable, so each space could choose what's appropriate to them?

Changing the site typeface

Right now, the text on different pages seems overly large and the separation across paragraphs is inconsistent or crowed on top of each prior paragraph. The option to make the text in the different pages cleaner (i.e, not always bold with a serif typeface) would be very nice.

Increasing Logo Size for Emails

I would appreciate it if we could enlarge the Co-Fe logo as it presents at the top of people’s welcome emails. Right now, it presents as a very small graphic.

Visual Map that displays areas or density for a spaces membership. Map for the managers.

mapping companies that are connected to a space

map.proximity.space is awesome to see the spaces that are directly tied to the Proximity Network. It'd be great for each space to be able to see the same information for their members or companies.

Add a text to pay option

A quick and efficient way to pay for misc or all options.
