Day Rates for Conference RoomsIn ProgressWe offer a full day rate for booking a conference room that is slightly cheaper than the hourly rate (ie. $25 per hour or $160 for a full day). At the moment this cannot be booked by a member via the portal, it has to be done by a space manager and then a custom charge created. Maybe an check box for a full day rate (between the hours of 9am-5pm) as well as the slider on the booking page?25
Cancelled Booking Auto-RefundIn ProgressHi team, Can we add a refund policy to the reservable resources and have that auto-refund if it is within the allowed cancellation time? I'd like to have a period where the booking fee is refundable and when the booking fee is no longer refundable, like less than 48 hours out. The email notification update that is coming for cancelled bookings will help, but I think this being automated would be a great feature.17
Ability to create add-ons for room bookingsPlannedFor example, when a member reserves a reservable resource and the box pops up to give the reservation a title, it'd be cool to have options on that same pop-up for them to add-on options like cable, coffee, conference call system, projector, etc. That way the community manager knows what they'll need and can prepare the room for them before-hand. Plus, it's another way to increase revenue for the space.5

Because it was not on the exact day of her normal membership charge, she was charged the full amount of a new membership. The data is in the system that would allow for a partial refund of the existing membership when the new membership activates so that's what I am asking for.4

Poor UX for making reservations in the new appIn ProgressOur members are sharing unsolicited feedback about making reservations in the new app. They're frustrated that they have to click several times into each 'flex desk' to know if it's available. In the desktop version and in the old app, they could easily scroll through 20+ desks on one page to see which are free vs. booked for the day, then select the one they want to book.1
Edit InvoicesAwaiting ReviewI really need the ability to edit the invoices after it's initially been generated. Sometimes our event rentals add on extra hours that require me to redo the amount that's due, and I currently need to add a replacement key charge to the billing for a third-party company we partner with. It throws off the reporting further than it already is when I have to void the current invoice and then create a custom charge instead. 0

Mailchimp IntegrationAwaiting ReviewThe proximity mailchimp integration has been broken for MONTHS now! I have submitted several chat requests within the Proximity app and haven't heard anything. I had to create a Zapier to get the members' emails in my Mailchimp, but it's not near as good as when the Integration worked. My only other workaround is to periodically download the csv and import them in. Can you please, please, please look into fixing this?0
