We are working on a new way for spaces to be able to provide helpful information to users in a structured way. Things like Wifi info, how to access doors, where coffee is and anything else you may want to help. A sort of FAQ but targeted to your space.

If there was a "Help Desk" tab next to "Jobs" then members would not have to dig through old archived emails to find the information and links that are sent to them when they sign up. I could just cut and past our "New Member" email onto the "Help Desk" page.
