We released partial support for proration last week, but we were not able to include this functionality with that release. It's coming soon though!

Ok insert "it's complicated" meme here and I understand. Maybe this would be a good placeholder for the continue work that you are doing and the prorated stuff is definitely helpful. Thanks.

So it looks like even with the proration there is still double charging when upgrading or downgrading a membership. And I had the issue of a member being double charged when she downgraded, she changed from Full to half time mid month, she was charged a prorated amount for the half time membership for the rest of that month, even though she had already paid for the full. It would be ideal if a downgrade automatically started on the next billing cycle.

Here is the problem. I have a member that just upgraded their membership. Because it was not on the exact day of her normal membership charge, she was charged the full amount of a new membership. The data is in the system that would allow for a partial refund of the existing membership when the new membership activates so that's what I am asking for.
