We are also receiving a lot of this feedback. Members are also frustrated that they can only see "unavailable" on the app calendar even when it's their own reservation.

We're still getting consistent feedback from each of our communities that is now leading to cancellations as a result. This wasn't "the" reason, but it was a contributor.

Our members are sharing unsolicited feedback about making reservations in the new app. They're frustrated that they have to click several times into each 'flex desk' to know if it's available. In the desktop version and in the old app, they could easily scroll through 20+ desks on one page to see which are free vs. booked for the day, then select the one they want to book.
