It would be so, so helpful to have a click-and-pay option. we have a handful of members that have to use 'offline payments' and would be a huge convenience if they could pay online and we would not have to count on waiting for checks in the mail. We switched over from Quickbooks and most of our members used click-and-pay.

Agreed - I definitely need to have the ability to resend when people don't pay right away. Specifically for custom invoices.

This might help solve the issue that we face when the original membership email is not acted on by the member. The current portal focused two step process is far from being user friendly and is a challenge to explain to the member.

Our old platform sent invoices as attachments when members were alerted of their payment/invoice. This was useful.

There are times when I need to resend an invoice to a client via email. Rather than having to tell them to go into their account and pay what's owed, I wanted to be able to resend the email where they can just click on a link to be able to pay it online. Downloading and sending it as an attachment doesn't solve that problem.
