Currently if someone pays online then they can get access, even if they have been asked to not return.

We have had several incidents where we have had to completely restrict access. Whether it be a termination of a disgruntled employee of a member company, or violation of the rules. We need to be able to specifically electronically ban members. This should include their email, name, and if possible MAC address of their devices.
