Enable recurring conference room bookings

We have regular recurring events - I just spent yesterday booking them in individually until October :(

I’d love a little more discussion around this. We actually started this feature before we launched the platform because we haven’t come to a good solution around billing and we think there should be restrictions so that people can’t indefinitely tie up your resources. Any thoughts on how you would like to see this implemented? How does this factor in things like booking windows and should it be restrict-able to only certain membership levels? Should the member be billed up front or just prior to each recurring reservation? How should we handle single event cancellations? Should there be a limit? Should a recurring reservation require approval? Lots of questions, so we’d love feedback.

Hi Monique. Yes, we can only track one request per submission, and resources were, by far, the most requested item, so that is what we tracked here. Feel free to add a request for events as well. Thanks.
