Conference Room bookings non members

I'm getting increased conference room bookings from non members, however to see the pricing and availability to book you must register first. Best Practice in my opinion and from research would be for non members to be able to view available conference rooms book it then register to pay.

We have a large number of external bookings and this would be a great option. I definitely want them to register so we can capture their email address and being able to do this at the point of sale, rather then when they are searching for dates/available times would be great.
