Most of the people reserving my Conference and Event Rooms are not regular members. In order to make sure that I can give them door access to the front door and room doors, I need to create a new membership for each of them, then each week, give them room access on the day and time they need it. It would be nice if when approving a reservation you could check off boxes to allow entry to any relevant doors that could be opened by the reserver at the time specified on their reservation.
