Allow multiple members to book more than one resource.

Allow for one reservable resource to be booked multiple times. For example, a room may have 6 bookable desks, it would be nice to create one resource and allow it to be booked several times.

We haven't needed this before COVID, but we continue to find ourselves needing it now!
