Add-ons could include coffee for guests, extra technology, a mentor's help, etc.

I think a "Meeting Notes or Special Requests" field would be so valuable as well. This would allow bookers to request a certain set up style, special tech pieces, etc. to make sure we are not scrambling last minute to get them set up
