I would love if we could upload 5 documents per member( signed documents, contracts) would it be possible to link Google Drive links to each member? It would be beneficial to be able to access our client's contracts remotely and allow them to be able to access their contracts as well so we can better keep up with the start and end of the agreements.

I need to be able to have members for our kitchen, upload a business license with an expiration date (in a separate field); a ServSafe certificate with an expiration date (in a separate field); and proof of insurance. I would like members to do this as part of the Onboarding process, preferably. And then of course, being able to see who owes what and when they expire will be great. Expirations will need to be available in a CSV to show health inspectors. Similar site to this is the Food Corridor (https://www.thefoodcorridor.com/) Doing this will be very helpful for y'all to entice other kitchens to your platform.

Yes it would be great to have separate or addendums to agreements as we will start selling additional services that not all members will have; also great for our private offices and longer term space commitments

With private offices our agreement changes to reflect that membership type and I would love for private office members to be able to sign a specific membership agreement that they could access on Proximity.

For our office members we use Occupancy Agreements that we have them sign and I was hoping to be able to attach their signed agreements to their member record via document upload. Does anyone else do this and would this be helpful for others?
