Hi, I can't find the requests for deposits feedback, but we do charge a security deposit on a new member's first invoice and then we refund it when they leave. It would be good to have that automated too.

Hi Suzanne, we will likely implement a feature for charging and tracking deposits / one-time fees, however refunding them will not be an option due to time restrictions. Per payment processors, charges can only be refunded within a certain window that would exceed the length of most memberships. However, if we're tracking this information, you can issue a check for the refund and then mark that their deposit has been refunded.

Agreed, we also have a one time admin fee upon joining (not a refundable deposit).

This is such a great way to boost revenue for spaces. Because we do not charge and hold security deposits for office renters or coworkers, it would be great to be able to charge a one time set up fee at signup. This would allow the space operator to set a fee ($50 for example) as a signup fee that covers orientation, printer setup, tour of Prox Dashboard, etc. I know we can always manually add a charge, but automating this and making it standard across the board would be awesome. Most spaces I've visited charge this, so I don't think it's abnormal. Would anyone else like to do this?
