Kendall, are you looking for something more than custom charges? If you go to your member list and select a member, there is a custom charge button that does what I think you may be asking.

Hi there! Yes, I am. It'd be great to be able to send invoices to people who are not registered members (ie we have a lot of large companies that rent a conference room once that don't want to have to go through that process to receive a one-time invoice).

Bumping this as our conference rooms are constantly rented by nonprofit and for-profit organizations that can't load a credit card into our system. In our case, they're okay creating an account (or I can create an account for them), but I need them to be able to make reservations without a payment source on file and have invoices generated so they can issue a check from their finance departments.

We have a lot of large, non-member companies rent our conference rooms. It'd be great to be able to generate one-time invoices for such rentals without someone from the company registering for proximity, going into the portal to select the date/time they want, etc. Ideally, we could generate the invoice in Proximity and send to the contact's email for online payment completion.
