This was updated today. Navigate to Settings > Emails > select the email and select “By Membership” at the top.

It would be great for an email to be sent anytime a new member signs up for a membership type, so they can get more customized instructions, how-tos, etc. This is usually information that doesn't work to send in the current new member email because even community members get this email.
