Invite New Members with Account SetupCompletedCreate a basic "Add Member" functionality that would create a new member in the system. This function would require Name, email, Membership Type information. It would then create their account and send them a welcome email. That welcome email would include the password reset link capability that is already available. The password reset would allow the newly added member to set their password. The email would need to be a new standalone email so the space could edit the text that would be needed for the next steps of a new member. This could include a link to adding payment information, filling in profile, etc.9
Request to block out reservations....CompletedCurrently I'm in the process of "booking" each room on the days that we've set as Holidays and will be closed. We currently have 8 rooms that I have to book x 11 days/year. It would be nice to have a button or something that could connect our holiday time to each conf room and completely book it out and show as Closed for Holiday.10

Example - we have a resource that is evening and weekends only. Of course, we don't want to limit weekends to evening hours, so we opened it up, and now we have to reject bookings requested for the day during workdays.12
Assignable Door Access for ReservationsCompletedMost of the people reserving my Conference and Event Rooms are not regular members. In order to make sure that I can give them door access to the front door and room doors, I need to create a new membership for each of them, then each week, give them room access on the day and time they need it. It would be nice if when approving a reservation you could check off boxes to allow entry to any relevant doors that could be opened by the reserver at the time specified on their reservation.11
Conference Room bookings non membersOpenI'm getting increased conference room bookings from non members, however to see the pricing and availability to book you must register first. Best Practice in my opinion and from research would be for non members to be able to view available conference rooms book it then register to pay.8

Best member profiles at the topOpenWhen clicking on the members directory, it'd be nice if the system would push the profiles that are most filled out (picture, bio, tags, links, etc) to the top of the list. or at least push the ones that aren't filled out to the bottom of the list.3

If there's items that can go with a reservable space, they could check that box when they make the reservation (projectors, white boards, even things that could be charged for like coffee)6
Option to Prorate Memberships for Partial MonthCompletedIt'd be amazing for us to have a setting to automatically prorate new members to the end of the 1st month (i.e. they sign up mid-month), and then automatically bill them the 1st of each recurring month going forward. Reason: we opt to have memberships recur on the 1st which currently requires us to manage each member by a custom prorated charge after the first monthly anniversary and reset the billing cycle to the 1st. Not ideal for us. Has this been explored? Note: There is some commentary in the "delayed start date" thread related to this point. I wanted to highlight this specifically here, though. While different, I do not believe the points are mutually exclusive and both can be accommodated.11
Corporate Membership PoliciesCompletedIt would be awesome to have a way to have a "primary" member and "secondary" members under a single membership. The primary has the payment and extras that come with the membership and the "secondary" members simply have a login with internet access. Maybe the group shares conference room hours?17
Improved ReportsOpenEvery Month when doing reporting I spend hours pulling data from so many places in Proximity. It would be so nice if Reports Included the following: Paying Members (sorted and totaled by membership) Active Members (opened a door in the last month, sorted and totaled by membership) Inactive Paying Members (Paid, but didn't come in a month) Canceled Members (Non renewing, canceled members) Churn (By membership Type) Revenue Numbers exportable or in chart form (instead of only transcribing pie chart or exporting and totaling csv) Exportable Resource usage So much of what I have to do is export all the monthly CSV's and sort and total all of these numbers. I am at the point where I need to create fancy scripts to sort and tally all the data into a reportable form.12
One-Time Setup FeeCompletedThis is such a great way to boost revenue for spaces. Because we do not charge and hold security deposits for office renters or coworkers, it would be great to be able to charge a one time set up fee at signup. This would allow the space operator to set a fee ($50 for example) as a signup fee that covers orientation, printer setup, tour of Prox Dashboard, etc. I know we can always manually add a charge, but automating this and making it standard across the board would be awesome. Most spaces I've visited charge this, so I don't think it's abnormal. Would anyone else like to do this?4
Make "punch pass" memberships auto-monthly recurringCompletedOur bread and butter comes from monthly recurring memberships that allow access to the space 5 or 12 days per month. Currently, there seems to be no way of doing this. (Please correct me if I'm wrong!) We either have to set up punch passes, which are not renewed and auto-billed monthly (revenue leak!) or monthly memberships with no way of tracking how many times people have been in to use the space. This has the potential to be both a huge administrative burden for us, and a major loss of revenue if we cannot sustain these "part time" memberships.11
Ability to create add-ons for room bookingsPlannedFor example, when a member reserves a reservable resource and the box pops up to give the reservation a title, it'd be cool to have options on that same pop-up for them to add-on options like cable, coffee, conference call system, projector, etc. That way the community manager knows what they'll need and can prepare the room for them before-hand. Plus, it's another way to increase revenue for the space.5
Buffer between meeting room bookingsOpenIs it possible to have a buffer between meeting room bookings to allow clean up and reset of the room? For example, at the moment a member can book from 11.30-12.30 and then another member from 12.30-1.30 and so on, but this doesn't leave the space managers with any time to clean or reset the room ready for the next meeting. Perhaps there could be buffers in 10 min increments depending on the size of the room? A smaller room may only require 10 minutes whilst a large boardroom may take up to 30 mins to reset and rearrange.13

Ability to add and delete items on an invoice before saving or sendingIn ProgressAt the moment it looks like we can add ONE custom charge at a time. We often sell events as packages (Event Coordinator, Catering, A/V Equipment, etc), each item in the package should have its own line item so clients can see the total cost breakdown. At the moment it looks like none of the individual data points can be saved onto one invoice, we have to add the total on the invoice and provide the breakdown via email, it's awkward, feels incomplete and unprofessional. (I'm new here, so if I'm missing something let me know!) Ideally: When creating the original invoice - The "Create Custom Charge" button on the member billing page would be reworded to "Create Custom Invoice" The invoice page would have an "Add Line item" button where you could add as many items as needed until the invoice is complete, then the "Invoice "Member Name" button would be pressed to provide the full invoice. When editing an existing invoice - It would be ideal to have an "Add line item" button at the top of the manage invoice page and an "edit" button attached to each existing line item.2

Support advanced conference room bookings using creditsIn ProgressMany of our members need to book meetings out months, if not a full year into the future. We want to encourage and support them in this. The problem is that Proximity isn't currently applying the members' free conference room credits to future months. i.e. If a members has 2 free hours of conference credits each month and books one 2-hour meeting each month from now until July, no charges should be made to his/her credit card. Instead, we've had multiple members book months out, get charged nearly $1000 on their credit card, and become (understandably!) very frustrated. The additional frustration for us is that we're also losing revenue -- we refund the amount charged, but the Stripe processing and Proximity fees aren't (I don't think) refunded to us. Our workaround is increasingly to give members a 100% discount code to use for all of their bookings, and we're then doing a manual tally and consolidated custom charge for all bookings in the month at month's end. #ugh12
Full Day and Half Day ReservationsIn ProgressWe would prefer to have members reserve our meeting rooms for either a 1/2 or full day, not hourly. I have figured out how to use a workaround, however, the pricing is not clean. Can you add these options please?8

List outstanding amount on unpaid invoicesIn ProgressInvoice(s) for members that remain outstanding after the 3 charge attempts list the outstanding amount as $0.00 and included VOID next to the invoice's line item(s). See 1st image attached. This has been confusing for our members as it leads them to believe that the amount owed is $0.00 after the charge attempts have failed. Would it be possible to list the outstanding amount as the amount the member still owes, not $0.00? Thanks!1
Synching events calendar to websiteCompletedHaving a seamless event communication is key for a successful entrepreneurial ecosystem, especially one that operates through and runs a co-working space. Currently, Proximity doesn't allow for us to have that easy synch between the platform and our website to help communicate events to the community. I currently have to create and communicate events by: Eventbrite Instagram posts Facebook posts Facebook events Hootsuite scheduled posts Website LinkedIn Emails Proximity If I could take away even just one platform of event communication management it would make my life so much better!1
Get rid of "Join Today" on paying members' landing pageCompletedWhen paying members log in, they shouldn't first be directed to join the space or get started. Maybe replace this with just the calendar of events, their keys, reservations, etc.1
